Well, it's a schizophrenic place. Sometimes you'll get a wonderful service, sometimes you'll wait forever for your orders. Food has been decent, anyway.
Amazing place to buy electronic parts including networking wiring. I'm not sure if they do repairs, but they probably know people who do. Also, they have a "wall o' mystery" and a gorilla in their front doorway. Badass.
100-Mile Child has just a few books - but their good ones! I think the books they have are all up on their website as well if interested in checking out descriptions before heading down there.
Hello West End moms, My name is Helen and I am the General Manager of the High Park Choirs. I am looking to hire a west end/High Park mom who would like to be our "Community Liason" for our choir. This person would work on a freelance, part-time basis and would do things like: get flyers of our concerts out to to local businesses, ask local businesses if they want to advertise in our concert program, delivery audition flyers to schools, churches and community centres in the area. This is a paid position. Do you have a way of getting this information out to moms in the west end area? Please let me know. Thank you very much for your help. Just FYI, Cafe Taste is no longer open as a bar/resto, but will be focusing on special events only. Same great vibe and offerings, but different format.
Best chiropracter I've ever had. Physiotherapists are supposed to be amazing too. They aim to get you better as soon as possible and not commit you to years of therapy.
This is a craft brewery and restaurant soon to be open in the Junction. Their brews have been available at several bars in Toronto with excellent reviews.
