Tour: Find places by searching

5 Blocks Out allows you to search for a place by name. Just type a place name or a word that someone else might use to describe the place into the search box at the top of the page and click the magnifying glass or the return key. You'll be shown a page of search results.

You can refine your search by location to find places near to a neighbourhood name, street address or intersection, or postal code. This example shows a search for "library" near the intersection of Davenport and Shaw streets.

You can also refine your search by category.
