I hesitate to recommend this place since they are only open what seems like half of the time. And a good portion of the rest of the time they have long lines of customers. The food is quite good and homemade. The decor is very basic and getting a little worn out. show more

**Mitzi's is quaint and yummy** I love going to Mitzi's for brunch... any day of the week. Actually- on the weekends it is rather hard to find a table so weekdays are better. Unless its a lazy summer day and I don't mind sipping a coffee and waiting. The decor is cozy and retro. The menu is always changing. The coffee is decent. show more

Daybreak has phenomenal brunch in portions that are, in my opinion, unreasonably large. Almost every order comes with a side of pancakes which is not indicated on the menu. The food is hot, delicious, fast. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes on a weekend. The benedicts come in 3s with a side of hashbrowns, and pancakes! show more

The Dakota is a great tavern. We spent our sunday morning underground at the bluegrass brunch. It was super fun. They serve platters of scrambled eggs, pancakes, home fries and sausage. Along with a bottomless coffee (where have those gone? how i love getting the jitters) and an oj. Full on old school brunch while listening to live bluegrass. Little kids are on the dance floor while parents are chowing down. Fun times for all. show more
