This is a great place to go to work out. They offer hourly childcare (off-peak hours) for about $3-4 per hour. What a luxury to get a workout in while the baby is taken care of.

I did the math and bought a membership, since it is paid for after 3 visits. The family membership allows for entrance of up to 4 kids (age 17 and under) with each adult member, so you can take your kids' friends (or your friends' kids) along w/o an extra cost. show more

The kids area is very hands on and not too over whelming. The cafe in the basement has tasty food and is baby friendly (high chairs etc)

This is an awesome library. They managed to preserve the old building while adding on a lovely modern addition.

Aside from being a really beautiful library with tons of comfy seating, this branch also has a kids / parents area with activities for the little ones. It's pretty close to the Lansdowne subway station.

I love the AGO but beware if you have infants - we were asked to leave our backpack (with bottles etc) at the coat check.

Fun for both adults and kids - look for kids-specific events on weekends!

The school itself has a great program for young kids from Mon-Thurs 9am-noon. There are plenty of toys and the fab teacher, Linda runs a story/song time around 11am. They often let the kids run around the gym. It is super, check it out.

Fun place to take a pre-schooler/baby. Drop in play group every day except Friday from 9am til 1pm (more like 12/12:30 they start shooing people out). Crowded with kids & parents/nannies, lots of toys and art supplies, they do "circle time" songs and give a mid morning snack. show more

great place for kids! Children's section is on the first floor, so kids are able to make noise, get comfy and play with the toys and read books.
