I have a friend with serious back pain. Can you suggest places that can help pregnant women? Thanks!

I saw Dr Roseanne Metz, and was really impressed by her professionalism, and her view on health and wellbeing. I went to this clinic during my last trimester.

If you have back pain; Janet Walker is a great Osteopath in Queen West. She has experience with pre & post natal treatments as well as others.

If your friend is downtown, Sue de Wolfe at Commerce Court is my favourite chiropractor ever, and she worked on me when I was pregnant.

I don't know if they regularly work on pregnant women, but I expect the Bayview guys would be able to help.

Ann Mussett is a great chiropractor! Another bonus: the health centre is around the corner from Petite Thuet. A croissant before or after the appointment makes everyone happier.

Lots of pre- and post-natal services. Also, lots of workshops on infant and maternal health.

Great for core strengthening post partum. I found it was the best thing to relieve back and shoulder pain. I began with 1-on-1s with Pam who is excellent. Cheaper than a massage and more effective!
