Where can I get knives sharpened in Roncesvalles or W Queen W?

Try as I might, living on the 19th floor, I never manage to get downstairs in time when the knife sharpening truck comes around. ____I'm looking for a place in the west end where I can get my chef-quality knives sharpened.

DO NOT let those travelling sharpeners touch your kitchen knives (especially if they were expensive). You can buy a small sharpener at Lee Valley for about $15. with which you can maintain your knives yourself. Once you have the knives honed by a professional (i.e. Pollocks or otherwise) then you can maintain them yourself. If you cut yourself with a dull knife it is much worse than a sharp one! show more
