My husband took our two 3yr old boys there and they all loved it. Simple, no fuss food and kid friendly.

They've been in business for over 50 years! They must be doing something right. Simple, small restaurant with seating, and takeout. The halibut fish 'n' chips are the best.

I don't know about the fish, but we had chips from the concession stand at the north end of High Park and they were sublime. Best chips I've had for years.

Truly these are the best fish 'n' chips! I go way out of my way, past all the other restaurants, for this one. The owners are Scottish and just know what they are doing. The batter is always light in colour so you know the oil is fresh. The Sticky Toffee pudding is decadent. Service is great and friendly but they are often packed to the gills (pun intended!) So get there early or be prepared to wait. Last time I checked: open until 8pm and closed Mondays. show more

I like the fish and chips here. I am not a fish and chips expert. But it sure is nice to grab some snacks and cross the street to sit in the park under a tree.

Not only is it amazing, authentic Thai, the fish and chips are really good too. Perfect if you're with a crowd with varying tastes!
