Great for core strengthening post partum. I found it was the best thing to relieve back and shoulder pain. I began with 1-on-1s with Pam who is excellent. Cheaper than a massage and more effective! show more

Doug Miller is a great little used book store, stacked to the roof with paperbacks for adults, picture books and novels for children, a roomful of science fiction and a couple of shelves of non-fiction. Doug also has a good collection of vintage children's books. Don't forget to say hi to Bumpkin the rabbit. The store is moving (don't know where) at the end of September, but until then there is a sale on all the books. show more
