Absolutely do not recommend shopping there. I had a problem with a product and the owner was obstinate and rude - really not professional at all. I bought a pair of lovely (read expensive) glasses here that are amazing a few years ago. I was in a car accident where the frames got mangled to the point I thought they were done for. I brought them to the shop and they kindly repaired them free of charge!! That's what I call service. I was so happy to have them repaired because insurance would not have covered them due to a high deductable. I love RAPP. show more
