New facilities, very punctual and knowledgeable staff friendly to children

Regarding haircuts for kids, my kids get great, chic cuts here and they love coming here (and the stylists love them right back) but I don't think they'd be suitable for twitchier kids - sometimes the stylists take a long time, and they're not set up to amuse kids. show more

Food was pretty good, although depending on what you get, the portions can be a little small. I had the Mariner (Eggs Bene with Smoke Salmon) and was quite happy. Service was really slow though on a Sunday (even though the restaurant was half empty and they had 4 servers on). show more

Very kid friendly. Make sure to go before 7:00 to get a table and to fit in with the other families.

FIORIO itself isn't cheap, but the location at 1910 Yonge St is the Fiorio Academy, which is a training salon. They are inexpensive, but you generally get a great cut - the stylists change but the supervisors don't, so it's pretty consistent. I take my kids there too, but they're pretty mellow kids. show more
