The store is full of Canadian made products for the entire family. Everything in the store is made by local designers, artists and artisans.

this place is always packed - strongly recommend coming early 5:45- 6pm or, surprisingly, the line is mostly gone by 8:30.

Cash only! I can't say enough times how incredible these ice cream sandwiches are, or how kind the owners seem.

Every Thursday from 3-7pm, you can get your knives, lawn mower blades, pruners, etc. sharpened at the Dufferin Grove Market

I had brunch here on a Sunday, food was great, service was great...and no line up to wait.

If you bring your own containers they will fill them (instead of recyclable takeout containters). And they really fill them!

great beer selection - and cheap ($5 drafts, lots of tasty bottles <$5)

Be prepared to wait a bit at night as this place has recently been voted best Indian restaurant by Now (or something like that).

Great onion rings - I prefer the recipe they use in the evenings, but the ones at brunch are pretty good too.

Beer. Whiskey. Comfy seats. Smart staff. There's a lot to like about Drift. The bar has a lot of 2- and 4-spot tables, but you can also squeeze in a party of 10 or more if you get there early enough.

Dufferin Grove Park is the heart of the neighbourhood! It We feel among family when we come to the farmers market every Thursday.

My friend & I and our kids (3 under 5) had the WORST service ever here one weekday at lunchtime. Long story short, we were here for an hour and left without eating, as our waitress repeatedly promised "5 more minutes". Our kids were starving, and our grown-up lunch date was ruined. I actually haven't been here myself (yet) but I am recommending it based on the fact that my good friend has just joined this practice. She offers cranial sacral therapy (which I believe is related to osteopathy but not the equivalent) and I know she would not join a community of practitioners that she did not feel good about. I'll update this recommendation once I've had a chance to visit personally. show more
