Very baby friendly, alternative restaurant

I've never spent time here so probably not qualified to judge but once paid 4:50 for a chai latte that came with a tea bag in! So I think I need to get back there an overcome this negative first experience.

I had a mom's event here once during off-peak hours. They were very accommodating. We took over a large part of the upper level. They serve beer too! :)

tortilla de patatas!!!

I love Tinto and could be there every day, a cup of coffee and a Tinto salad. Bring your computer (free wireless) or buy one of the magazines on their wall - an excellent selection of Canadian writing. Vegan chocolate truffles and marinated tofu sandwiches, too. show more

a friendly spot with wifi and some good organic food. the carrot cake is amazing. in the evenings they have beer and often host film screenings, art exhibits... a real community hub. They are open till 9pm... which is pretty late monday to friday.

Real Spanish-style tortilla de patatas. Also a nice place to work during the day... they don't mind laptops.

**South American Style** I've been here for breakfast and for a study session with my laptop. Cool brick walls, great lazy atmosphere and some tasty south american treats. It's worth the west end transit if you aren't in the west already. Enjoy !
