They have roasted chickens that are from Rowe Farms at very reasonable prices. Great when you are in a pinch to grab something for dinner.

If you're looking to make local, interesting and social conscious food choices, this is the place to go. The staff are young but fantastic. I'm not a fan of grocery shopping at all, but I'm glad this store is in my neighbourhood. Where else would I be able to get my organic goat's milk? show more

This is one of the few places that I don't like in my neighbourhood. Rude young teenagers behind the counters and at the cash, rotting produce, and a store that is in general not very nicely presented make for a not-so-satisfying grocery shopping experience. This may be the closest place to get groceries, but I only go there for last minute emergencies. The nearby Loblaw's or P.A.T are much better options. show more
