Mitzi's Café and Gallery tips

This place is a neighbourhood gem. The brunch menu is different every day and every time I've been it was amazing. It get's pretty busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait. They also have a bike rack which is well appreciated.

oh my goodness, yes, i would recommend it! be patient, a table will come up, and the oatmeal pancakes with butter and cream and syrup are out of this world!! eggs benny very nice, too! one of my fav brunch spots!

Go early so you don't wait too long.

I ate there on a weekend. Food was good. Super crowded though. I guess that's because it's good.

The decor itself is worth sitting at, let alone the yummy scrumptious brunch fare. Sometimes you have to wait which isn't particularly pleasant on a cold winter day, however, dress warm and bring a good companion and it's all good.

**Mmmm potatoes...** The food here is great, but you'll leave smelling like potatoes. Someone needs to invest in a powerful vent-a-hood.

Mitzi's is a great bet around Roncesvalles for brunch. I like hanging out there, moreso on weekdays when it's a little more calm than the super-busy weekends. Go with the specials, you can't go wrong.

**Mitzi's is quaint and yummy** I love going to Mitzi's for brunch... any day of the week. Actually- on the weekends it is rather hard to find a table so weekdays are better. Unless its a lazy summer day and I don't mind sipping a coffee and waiting. The decor is cozy and retro. The menu is always changing. The coffee is decent. show more
