Nice enough place, but the staff have attitude. Tried to explain what a flat white should be and he got insulted when he made my coffee not to the way I liked it. I'm too old to tolerate bad service. I wouldn't recommend this place. show more

This cafe is awesome! I have only been there three times and they already know our names. They are very welcoming and personalise your order. All beverages are made to order by the barristas/owners, Tony and Elaine, who offer a smile and a chat while you wait. The vegan baked goods are exceptionally tasty and moderately priced.Love this place! show more

Of all the Parenting and Family Literacy locations in the area, this one is the best! The new teacher, Felicia, is awesome and is well trained, and very entertaining and accommodating with the children. PLUS, the room is huge with a access to a private outdoor play area! show more

We take our 1 year old daughter here at least three times a week. She LOVES the goats and the roosters.

Super delicious specials and no nonsense standbys. My favorite spot in the hood.

It's amazing because it's free and it will keep the kids busy for a few hours. Not a lot of walking if you don't take the trail down to the water, but a good work out if you do. Going up that big hill puts the kids to sleep in the car on the way home. show more

Besides getting, in my opinion, the BEST coffee in town the atmosphere is casual, friendly, loud sometimes and welcoming. I bring friends all the time and none of them has been disappointed. In this place people actually talk to each other! A habit that (unfortunately) a huge number of torontonians forgot how to practice. things are simple here. Americano, latte, capuccino, tea or chocolate. Either small or large and CASH only! Oh... I forgot the delicious muffins that are baked in-house. If you do not try it you miss it! show more

This is a place to get a nice wedding ring. Because they do custom pieces you can scale it down to be the price that fits and the style that suits your taste.

You either really love this place or you really don't. You might leave with an empty belly (and a headache) becasue there's no food and it's noisy ...or...you might think its the coolest place in the city and become addicted! Try for yourself atleast once! show more

This place is so good it will make you fall out of your seat. It has to be the best / freshest sushi in town! The atmostphere rocks and it's a really great find! Be warned, if you drink a lot with your dinner, you might end up with a hefty bill, but the food is reasonably priced and outstanding. show more

This place has the best darn ribs in Toronto! They are only served on Friday's, but they are sauted for serveral days and taste better then anything on the planet. Highly reccomend (but get there early to get a seat!)

Recently opened where Town Grill used to be and absolutely delightful. Must try the dragon roll appetizer and the gyoza. The Omi Sushi dinner is a sound choice. Watch your wallets and drink before you go- costs are high and portions are small so it adds up quickly. But totally worth it, in my opinion. show more

Could not agree more with Terri. Agro rock at a high volume is not good for these 36 year old ears. But the coffee's awesome.

**I heart the house** Living as we do exactly one block away from this longtime TO pub, and cooking as we do exactly never, we tend to eat at the house a lot. Burgers are fantastic (especially on Wednesdays, when they have the Kobe beef special); pulled pork sandwich packs on the pounds but is totally worth it, and sweet potato fries are yummy. Beer tastes better at the house. It just does. show more

**Don't be afraid.....** Once you come around a few times, you're like family - complete with the abuse! :)

**All the caffeine and twice the attitude** You've never had an espresso this strong; it's like 37 shots in one. And served with attitude too. Don't try ordering a decaf! ;-)

**Great wheat-free, rice cheese, spelt-crust pizza** With a name like Bib Mama's -- how can you go wrong? Best wheat-free, rice cheese, spelt-crust pizza in Toronto.
